Boys Like Girls is a very good band. There are controversies about the musical style of this band. Is their style Emocore, Pop Punk or Hardcore? I like their lyrics, they are updated, rebelious and melodramatic. The members of the band are teenagers. They come from Boston, in USA. Their last nationwide tour was completed recently: Cute Is What We Aim For, Hit The Lights. We can see their success in the website Purevolume; their divulgation is always by the Internet. Their tour is with the bands Good Charllotte, The Maine and Metro. Their influences are from the bands Green Day and Blink 182.
My opinion of this band: Fantastic. Their last song, The Great Escape, is perfect. I love this band and recommend to all teenagers in the world.
